Intrepid worked on a number of major deals over the last year under Freedman’s leadership. The firm advised on Endeavour Capital’s investment in leading entertainment services company Visual Data Media Services; the cross-border sale of pro-audio distributor The Music People to JAM Industries (a subsidiary of Ireland-based DDC); and the sale of leading tire removal and recycling company Lakin Tire to Liberty Tire Recycling. Intrepid continues to operate as a stand-alone subsidiary under MUFG Union Bank after being acquired in 2019.
