THE LATEST: In 2020, Lubert was a member of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith’s Covid-19 response team, which was set up to help clients navigate the pandemic. In April, she was recognized as a woman of influence by the Business Journal. In addition to serving as co-managing partner of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith’s L.A. office, Lubert serves as general counsel for the firm.
BACKGROUND: Lubert represents insurance companies in litigation, arbitration and mediation regarding management, professional and employment practices, and liability insurance products. She has more than 30 years of experience as coverage counsel and monitoring counsel in securities litigation and employment-related claims. Lubert holds a BA from UCLA and a JD from Loyola Law School.
