Justin Goldstein — Sklar Kirsh

THE LATEST:
Goldstein was included on the Business Journal’s Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Lawyers list for the second year in a row in 2020. His litigation work includes unfair competition disputes, partnership and shareholder claims, right of publicity, and privacy and the First Amendment. In the past year, Goldstein has been a guest lecturer at USC, UCLA, and Southwestern Law School, teaching topics including submission law, right of publicity, claims against talent agents and managers, alternative dispute resolution, and remedies for litigation misconduct.
BACKGROUND:
Goldstein launched his career at Katten Muchin Rosenman. He then spent 10 years at O’Melveny & Myers, followed by seven years at Carlsmith Ball. Goldstein has represented Fortune 500 companies and entertainment industry businesses in commercial and intellectual property matters. He has a BA from Brandeis University and a JD from USC’s Gould School of Law.
