THE LATEST: Richardson, who joined Ogletree Deakins as an executive shareholder in 2018, defends class-action claims and regularly counsels clients in labor and employment law. She also provides management and sexual harassment training and prepares employee handbooks and other employment-related documents. Richardson has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America every year since 2008. BACKGROUND: Richardson is a litigator with 30 years of labor law experience at the state and federal level. She has defended companies in sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, breach of contract, and Americans with Disabilities Act cases. Richardson served in President Ronald Reagan’s White House as an intern and worked for the Office of Personnel Management before attending Loyola Law School.
