THE LATEST:
TechStyle sells fast-fashion brands &emdash; JustFab, Fabletics, ShoeDazzle, Savage X Fenty and FabKids &emdash; through an online subscription service and via Fabletics’ 50 brick-and-mortar stores. The company surpassed $500 million in annual revenue last year. In November, Fabletics launched a collaboration to serve as the official apparel partner for Hydro, a Massachusetts-based maker of in-home rowing machines. Goldenberg in March participated in pre-seed funding round for Quicklly, a Chicago-based Indian and South Asian food marketplace.
BACKGROUND:
El Segundo-based TechStyle has more than 5 million subscribers who pay $40 to $50 a month to access merchandise from top fast-fashion brands at discounted prices. Goldenberg, who founded TechStyle predecessor Intelligent Beauty in 2006, oversees data, marketing, margins and internal systems for TechStyle. The company has more than 2,000 employees and offices in El Segundo, London, Berlin and Barcelona, Spain.
