THE LATEST: Marsh & McLennan Agency’s Los Angeles office grew from six employees in 2017 to 26 in 2020 and expanded into a larger office space in downtown. Most recently, the agency acquired Momentous Insurance Brokerage in Van Nuys. In addition, Marsh Private Client Services merged with MMA’s Private Client department.
BACKGROUND: Hegarty has been with Marsh & McLennan Agency for more than a decade. He specializes in employee health and benefits programs for midsize to large companies in a range of industries, including finance, entertainment, hospitality and technology. Hegarty holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Arizona.
