THE LATEST: Korn Ferry announced in January that it received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index, a survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. Korn Ferry Foundation’s Leadership U for Humanity program is working to help accelerate the development of professionals of color and underrepresented populations.
BACKGROUND: Nahas’ primary focus is consulting and advising boards on governance, succession, effectiveness and recruiting. She has been involved in a number of CEO and board-building engagements. Her clients range from private to mid-cap and Fortune 100 companies in a range of industries. Nahas serves on the board of directors of DineEquity Inc. She is the incoming chairwoman of the UCLA Anderson School Board of Visitors and served as the corporate board chairwoman for the United Way of Greater Los Angeles. Nahas received the Eleanor H. Raynolds Award from the Association of Executive Search Consultants based on a career of excellence in executive search and dedication to volunteerism.
