Craig Weaver — Baker Tilly

THE LATEST: Weaver was appointed managing partner of Baker Tilly tax services in 2020. He was instrumental in the November merger of Squar Milner into Baker Tilly during the global pandemic. 
BACKGROUND: Weaver was the tax partner-in-charge at Squar Milner before it merged with Baker Tilly. During his 17 years at the firm, he assisted in completing more than 16 mergers and initiated the formation and growth of several specialty tax practices which led to a top 50 accounting firm ranking. Throughout his career, Weaver has sponsored the advancement of women partners in the accounting profession. Before joining Squar Milner, Weaver spent 12 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers and was a lecturer at UC Riverside for three decades.
