THE LATEST: In January, Burnham Benefits was acquired by Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners, the middle-market indirect subsidiary of BRP Group Inc. The deal adds Burham to the middle-market operating group for BRP Group, an independent insurance distribution firm delivering insurance solutions. Burnham was recently ranked No. 1 nationally by Business Insurance’s Best Places to Work list.
BACKGROUND: Allison founded Burnham Benefits in 1995. With more than 30 years of experience in the benefit practice consulting segment of the insurance industry, she has worked in all functional capacities on both the carrier and advisory side. Allison serves on several broker advisory boards and is involved with the United Way Women’s Philanthropy Fund as well as equine therapy group Mustard Seed Ranch.
