THE LATEST: Dezzutti, a commercial real estate veteran with more than 30 years of experience, oversees Brookfield Properties’ operations in the West including management and development. The Western Region portfolio consists of more than 11 million square feet, largely in L.A. Some of its noteworthy properties include Bank of America Plaza, California Market Center, FIGat7th and the Wells Fargo Center.
BACKGROUND: In addition to Brookfield, Dezzutti has worked with firms including Equity Office Properties, Cushman & Wakefield Inc. and CBRE Group Inc. He graduated from USC and serves on the boards of the Central City Association, the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Los Angeles and Orange County.
