Brett Dedeaux — Dedeaux Properties

THE LATEST:
Dedeaux oversaw the company during one of its most active years, reaching $500 million in transaction development. The industrial real estate company also developed more than 2 million square feet of logistics and cold storage space in Southern California. It now has more than 6.5 million square feet of distribution, cold storage and transportation-oriented properties across California. Dedeaux also has a pipeline of more than 2 million square feet in various stages of development and entitlement.
BACKGROUND:
Dedeaux previously held roles as senior director at Binswanger/Realty Advisory Group and as an associate at PM Realty Group. He serves as executive director of the Rod Dedeaux Foundation, which supports inner-city youth baseball and softball programs. He is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Inland Empire Chapter and sits on the board of USC’s Center for Global Supply Chain Management.
