THE LATEST: Luchs, one of the best-known retail real estate brokers in L.A., operates out of Newmark Group Inc.’s Century City office. In November, he brokered one of the year’s biggest retail deals in L.A. County as Crown Equity and Ascendent Capital Partners sold a property at 457-459 N. Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills for $122 million.
BACKGROUND: Luchs has been helping fashion brands find storefronts for 18 years. He also offers landlord representation for retail buildings. Luchs is a big player in the Beverly Hills triangle, especially on Rodeo Drive. He has also done extensive work on the Westside and in Malibu and Hollywood. Luchs is on the board of the Museum of Contemporary Art’s Acquisition & Collections Committee.
