John Bendheim — Bendheim Enterprises Inc.

THE LATEST:
Bendheim, a long-time real estate investor, is a member of a number of organizations, including the boards at Cedars-Sinai, the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, USC’s Marshall School of Business and the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission. He established the John Bendheim Executive in Residence Program at the USC Marshall School of Business and was awarded the 2020 Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce Visionary Award.
BACKGROUND:
Bendheim has invested in real estate since 1976, owning properties in a variety of asset types, including apartments, office buildings, condos and industrial buildings. He runs Bendheim Enterprises Inc., a real estate investment company with holdings in California and Nevada. Bendheim previously founded Inland Homes in 1994. He was also president of a local apparel manufacturing company, Benditel Inc. He is a past chairman of the Cedars-Sinai Board of Governors and the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission. In 2019 Bendheim and other local investors purchased the Beverly Hills Courier newspaper.
