THE LATEST: Brodkin serves as executive vice president of industrial and logistics services at Newmark and as Los Angeles Region market leader for the company. He is guiding the expansion of Newmark’s industrial capabilities by recruiting new agents and supporting the company’s infrastructure. As market leader, he oversees L.A., northern L.A. County and the South Bay. He led the region to a 31% increase in revenue in three years.
BACKGROUND: Brodkin joined Newmark in 2017. Prior to signing on with the brokerage firm, he was director of real estate at flexible workspace provider Regus, where he oversaw growth in the Western U.S. and handled 1.5 million square feet of space expansion. Brodkin also spent nine years at CBRE Group Inc.
