THE LATEST: Ziman is co-founder and chairman of Brentwood-based Rexford Industrial Realty Inc., a real estate company focusing exclusively on industrial assets in infill Southern California markets. He is also the chief executive and co-trustee of Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation, co-trustee of the Gilbert Public Arts Foundation and trustee of the Gilbert Collection Trust at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
BACKGROUND: Prior to Rexford, Ziman was founding chairman and chief executive of Arden Realty Inc. The company merged with General Electric in a $5 billion transaction. He was also founding chairman of AVP Advisors, adviser to American Value Partners. Ziman attended USC before joining the law firm of Loeb & Loeb, specializing in real estate. He then helped form Pacific Financial Group Inc.
