THE LATEST: In his career, Arana has closed more than $3.5 billion of real estate deals. He ranked in the top 15 on the Business Journal’s list of top agents by L.A. County sales volume with $332.6 million in 2020 sales. Arana’s notable recent deals include the $23 million sale of 568 N. Tigertail Road and the $22.7 million sale of 565 N. Tigertail Road, which were both built by Santiago’s development company. His other recent deals include the $20.8 million sale of 167 S. Rockingham Ave. and the $37.9 million sale of 671 Siena Way in Bel Air.
BACKGROUND: Arana, a Bolivia native, joined The Agency in 2014 as principal and partner. He specializes in high-end home sales, and his noteworthy clients have included Lady Gaga, LeBron James, Larry David, Rick Caruso, Tom Barrack, Anthony Hopkins, “Bond King” Jeffrey Gundlach and Alessandra Ambrosio. He leads The Agency’s Westside offices in Brentwood and the Pacific Palisades.
