THE LATEST: Leibovitch founded Beverly Hills-based Rodeo Realty Inc. more than 30 years ago as Paramount Properties. The company, which was eventually renamed Rodeo Realty, has since grown to more than 1,200 licensed agents and brokers with 12 offices across Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
BACKGROUND: While still a senior at UCLA, Leibovitch received his real estate license. He started his real estate career over his winter break from school that year and sold three homes in just two weeks. This led Leibovitch to withdraw from UCLA’s track team to focus on selling homes. He also decided to pass on law school to concentrate on his burgeoning real estate career. He started the company that would become Rodeo Realty when he was only 25, and the business grew to nearly 100 realtors in its first year.
