THE LATEST: During his career, Doney has completed more than 100 million square feet of office real estate transactions. In 2020, he wrapped more than 2 million square feet of leasing transactions, including a 420,000-square-foot lease, the largest completed in the state last year. He also represented Stan Kroenke in the Los Angeles Rams owner’s lease with NFL Media at Hollywood Park.
BACKGROUND: Doney is a real estate veteran with more than 37 years of experience. His clients have included Nestlé, Wells Fargo & Co., Dentons US, KPMG International Ltd., General Electric/NBC, AT&T, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Southern California Edison, AECOM, Cigna, Northern Trust Corp., BP and Walt Disney Co. He is on the Advisory Board and Development Committee for Hathaway-Sycamores and the board of the Metropolitan YMCA.
